Does osu only need upload speed? cause im using my internet which probably expired an hour ago and still the forums load? im a bit confuse but im gladly to know if osu forums only run by upload speed

Upload speed: for the forums
Download speed: is this for hmmp the pictures i guess?

Im sure dis isnt the right thread but if its in the wrong thread feel free to brought it to the right section

Whaa--...
Welp, from what I undestand you're asking if you need download for using osu! - you need both download, and upload, communication is both way.
Same applies for websites - you're sending request to the server (uploading), and then server is sending you a page to render in browser (downloading).
