This is half the reason nobody has seen me in a few days.
Valkyrie Sky is an MMO-Shmup. To those who are unfamiliar of what a Shmup is, it is short for "Shoot em up." In this case it's a vertical shmup, so think Touhou, DoDonPachi, Ikaruga, etc.
Apparently there's PVP past level 20, but i'm not there yet, and i have no idea how it is done. I do know that there are 2 factions that are competing for control or something (original, i know
)
There's 4 main classes(each with 3 subclasses):
Swordsman: Cuts enemies. Cuts bullets. Good if you're in a party of people who can't dodge. Also good if you can't dodge the bullets yourself.
Summoner: Doesn't have to aim, and can hit anybody on the screen, but you can't pick a target.
Magician: I don't even know what the normal attack is like, but magician are nukers. That's all I know.
Bowman: Shoots forward. Pretty much the traditional shmup style.
It's still in beta, there should be a character wipe later, shit glitches, etc.

Oh, and my archer is called Cycotic, and i'm on the Bran faction.
EDIT: Oh yeah, i failed to mention this. The music is done by dBu. They do a ton of touhou albums... so yeah..
