Since peppy has still not implement toggle for old behavior, I guess you can keep this, but the source video is 16:9, just keep this in mind.
- 822kb for jpg seems too big, I would recommend 250-400kb for most images, but if you see a noticeable different when doing this, I guess it's fine.

00:31:378 (3) - I really don't hear anything for a cymbal sound here, I prefer no finish here.

It's a lot of timing point spam though so if you don't like this it's fine. If you do this, try to add to other parts where this bell pattern plays e.g. 00:16:028 (3,4) - 01:21:610 (3,4) - etc. and in other diffs as well of course.
01:14:633 (1,2) - Finish at end of (1) and repeat of (2), I would do default whistle on begin and end of (2).
Hmm I think I mention all the places now where I feel there should be finish and where there shouldn't so I won't remention the finish suggestions anymore. Keep in mind they apply to all diffs so if you change something, be sure to change in other diffs as well. Nothing to really mention, I think you can do something interesting with hitsound by using default whistle though.

00:00:680 - 00:05:912 - What happen to the hitsound here? Add something like Normal or put default whistle with bell sound here atleast. I would also put with vocals sometime like at 00:10:273 (1,2) - I would do whistle on begin of (1) and begin + end of (2). You can do this same hitsound pattern with 00:01:900 (4,5) - for example
00:06:261 (1,2) - Hmm sliders look a tad off to me, if looks alright to you then I guess it's fine.
00:38:354 (4) - Definitely use default whistle here.

01:03:819 (2) - Keep spacing a bit more consistent here, place at x:144 y:224, the spacing change feel off to me.

You need default whistle for this diff, try adding it as custom drum whistle then do drum additions. Hitsound sound noticeable empty for me, but I guess most people don't notice so perhaps it's fine. I would be sad though
I feel a few jumps would do this map some good, but it looks alright to me.

00:45:069 (8,9,10) - Not fond of kick drum sound here. Prefer nothing here.
I don't have anything to say about this without nitpicking, I like it and I'm fine with hitsounding decisions here.
Hmmm, the hitsound in Hard sound noticeably empty to me which is weird since I find the hitsounding in Insane quite good. I hope you check through Hard a bit, I think ti's the weakest diff here.
