Need help finding a follow point

I'm looking for this follow point specifically. http://www.twitch.tv/kitsat_nahp/b/424703905 just skip through untill he plays a map, that followpoint is so unique and nice but i can't find out how to find it or get it. I asked kit during his live stream and he won't upload it for some reason

does anyone know where i can get it?

i checked and they aren't exactly the same they are actually thinner. but i feel the ones kit has are really noticable and make it easier to read. but maybe i'm weird @_@
