Maybe you should toggle the HP Drain a bit, it's really high!
Why not a normal or easy difficulty?

  1. You definitely need an easier difficulty if you want this ranked.
  2. You should set a preview point.
  3. Delete "06. siin (Vibty99).osb" from the song folder and full submit.
[Timing]
  1. The offset definitely jumps somewhere else... but I don't want to take the risk and give you a false offset. You better get someone better at timing than me. I just can't spot it. @_@
[Insane]
  1. Holy crap@Max score, I presume you want this approved instead?
  2. Resnap all notes.
