A very quick Taiko mod for M4M.
The map is, FYI, 93248. Tomokazu Sano - Yuugao no Kimi https://osu.ppy.sh/s/93248

Perceived difficulty rating: 4* Muzukashii 7* Oni
:!: Move the background down a bit so that at least we can see the blonde boy's face.
:!: The blackening of the notes at 50+ combo poses some form of difficulty over sight-reading. Try adjusting the elements so that it doesn't go as dark.
:idea: The skinning elements are nice, but if time and resources are ample, think about also creating elements for:
  1. Denden note (the actual spinning part)
  2. Hit flare (the part where it says great/good)
:idea: Could be mapped to until 02:56:130. If you decides to do so, I recommend a denden from 02:54:630 ~ 02:55:755 and a large don at 02:56:130.

PS. Approach circles in Ouendan diffs are very confusing. Most skins signals hit timing when the main circular part is on the white border of the notes, but your skin does that when the main circular part is at the border of the inner circle. This could make the uninitiated hit too early.

PPS. @mingmichael: Muzukashii diffs are allowed to have dichrome 1/4 clusters in a very sparsely located fashion, just not recommended unless you are mapping for a very complex song and you are shooting for a 7~8* Muzukashii (the top tier). Authentic cases in point: Hikari no Kanata e, KAGEKIYO.

00:43:380 (3,4) - I suggest making the 3 lead to the 4.
00:47:130 (1) - Add clap or whistle?
00:57:630 (3,4) - This looks not nice for me, try to make 3 lead to 4 again.
01:33:255 (1,2,3) - These might be a bit too hard for normal diff.
01:42:630 (5,6,1) - Because of the finish sound on 5 I think the NC would fit better to 6 than to 1.
02:27:255 (5,6) - Add whistle and 02:28:380 (2,3) - add Clap maybe.
02:33:630 - Why is it empty to 02:34:380 - ? I think you should map this part - it is kiai time so there should not be gaps.
