Timing feels a bit early. Probably the value of 92.010 BPM is a bit unaccurate. I recommend 92 BPM (a Integer value with NO decimals).
I changed it and felt a bit better but not all. "It's the offset!", someone said. Looking for a good offset, I felt 10867 Offset a good time
Resnap ALL notes (Timing -> Resnap All Notes) , then go to 00:10:867 , set Beat Snap Divisor to 1/2, make Ctrl+A and then snap the slider's head (the first slider of your map) to the Big White tick. It will snap ALL objects in the map just on time.
and Don't forget to resnap ALL green sections and every Kiai begin and every Kiai end.
And please make sure apply all GENERAL items on each diff before applying the specific mods, because the mods are based on the new timing.

And don't worry about the BPM/Offset! I checked the file BPM/Offset (in osu!) too and be sure you don't need change anyhting else on BPM/Offset panel. Just exit osu!, change the file and start osu! newly. Doing like this, the file change will be seamless.
Sure, your project is awesome in all dimensions... why not try get a Guest Diff or a Collab as the harder one?

After changing the offset to 10.883, don't change it newly until a BAT (or pimpG) suggest a better one.
Whenever changing the offset, please resnap Kiai (begin and ends) times and also the 0.5x (begin and ends) green timing sections. And resnap notes, too.
