[Normal] a little hard for normal imo
01:11:29 (2,3,4,5,6) - these patterns that are, uhhh, sorta syncopated sound weird. You could match it exactly, but I'm thinking that would take 1/8 beat snap

Ok, just glancing at hard I can tell you, change Normal to Hard, change Hard to Insane

[Hard] Recalculate your breaks
00:19:81 (2,3) - turn off grid snap and fix the alignment with the slider
02:22:73 (3) - straighten this anchor point ... make it straight :P
consider adding some sliders for relief in your Streams of Death

OK, I am almost positive this all should be snapped in 1/3, the 1/2 and 1/4 parts just sound off imo...

same goes for [Insane], seems to work pretty good by just resnapping the notes and recalculating sliders. even though it wasn't "too" hard to play
fix these and I'll probably do a normal mod

The doubles in the beginning seem to be a bit confusing.
Also some repeat sliders are hard to read.
The jumps are manageable.
The ending seemed easier than the rest of the beatmap.
Why couldn't the rest of the beatmap be that easy?
Well some of the overlapping back and forth patterns were a bit hard to read.
Well at least it wasn't too bad.
I didn't rage from it at least.
I guess this was a pretty decent beatmap.
