There are other weird combo points here, just try and stay consistent in how you do it. I say that because sometimes a combo is really short, followed by a pretty long one, etc. I tried to fix some.. hope I didn't screw it up.

Overall:
Lots of weird decisions on when to start new combos on Normal and Hard, including some that I didn't mention, since I'm not the best combo modder around. Luckily everything else, such as patterns/placement, is pretty solid. Starred.
