Background to the request (and reason I believe):
I usually ignore people who "semi" spam, (talking very much without breaking the line of spamming), especially in chatrooms such as #modhelp as I like to be able to play for a while and then be able to look at the chat to see if I can help without having to read carefully to sort out if there is someone who needs help among all the chatting that is going on there. While I do not really care if people chat there I would like to be able to see my ignore list as otherwise I would not be able to unignore them as I believe no one remembers every person they ignored in a game.
Request:
Make an ignore list so you can see who you have ignored and unignore them.
