BPM: 139 / Offset: 3,135
(still dubious about the timing - it plays okay, but sounds strange in editor, I'll get another BAT to have a look at this since timing isn't exactly my forte)
Resnap all notes - will need to realign to primary stanzas aswell.
Set preview points for both difficulties.
Make an easy difficulty. Highly recommended since the difficulty spread on this is particularly virulent.
Will structure mod after timing fixes are implemented.

00:45:138 (7) - This doesn't really feel right at 0.5x.
02:57:759 (1) - This thing puts me to sleep.
[Ex Days]
00:45:138 (5) - Same, this is messy and unpredictable 0.5x.
02:02:311 (7) - This one too.
03:18:862 (1) - This one is even worse.
A lot of the sections, it seems like you just forgot about adding hitsounds.
