A few suggestions for improvement of #announce and #userlog [duplicate]

For #userlog: notify the user when a #1 is lost. As far as I know it as of now does not do so.

#announce: having the option to view #1 ranks achieved in other gamemodes. I'm sure a lot of players of other gamemodes agree with that standard #1s on normals all over aren't particularly interesting.

Ability to customize what we read@#announce.
both of those could get mentioned in these requests couldn't they?
