Yoyoyoyoyoyoyoyoyoyoyooooooooooooooooooooooo~

I was just wonderin if any of y'all play with rubix cubes at all? :)

my current best times are

1:04 - 3x3 (I use F2L and Beginners... so ya)
0:40 - 2x2 (ya, not impressive)

And I'm learning some new algorithms for my Megaminx's last layer! I'm following MeMyself&Pi's video, a right trigger feels more comfortable for me~

i had one, got bored with it, pulled it apart and rearranged it to form a lovely checkerboard pattern

then i think my dog ate it as a chewtoy

You could make a checker board just by using an algorithm xD

3x3, it only took 15 years.

Never finished one. I suck at puzzle games(or wat?) like Rubik Cubes.

Without blowing my own horn, I am pretty good at 1x1.

My best time was like 1:14 or so on a 3x3x3. Never cared enough to learn F2L or L2L or anything to go sub-60, though.

My greatest rubix cube achievement so far has been finishing one side of it.
-Kazu-
my best time was like 1 min and 12 secs..
MikuWhiteRockShooter can do it in 20 seconds ;w;
Daru
I got 1:40 on 3x3, 0:30 on 2x2.

Not sure if it counts, but I've gotten about 3 mins on my 3x3x3 bump cube, and done a few successful solves of 7x7x7 - I never bothered to time those properly.

I do speedcubing competitively. :D

I've found the 3x3 blindfold methods somewhat useful for memorizing maps while playing with FL.

Yoooo I learned blindfold methods but I hate doing it. Plus Im still learning my OLLs and PLLs :c

But I do it with the Alphabet and I just make up words, not stories so if the combo is liek QBRTD it'll just sound like "Kwa bur tid"

I finished five and then spent hours trying to solve the last and messed it up and eventually tossed it in the bin.

when i was a sophomore in high school, i would competitively speedcube with some people and win 90% of the time, because i usually averaged 50s to 1min. i think my record was between 35s to 40s, but it was just so long ago i can't remember, and i'm sure it was just luck.
Esti
I can consistently achieve 50s for 3x3x3, but I'm noob and use full step algorithms while spending at least half the time checking where pieces are to do the next move ;~;

Was too lazy to learn the faster algorithms >.>

bump bump bump

I used to average about 20 sec on 3x3, 2 min on 4x4 and little less than 10 sec on 2x2.
my WCA profile: http://worldcubeassociation.org/results ... 2011SPAA01

But I haven't cubed since last october so atm i think i'd average like 25-27 sec
It's nice to see that some people still play with that toy :3

So yeah, basically same principle, but looks waaayyy more mind twisting imo :D

No need F2L and L2L to go sub-60 ^^ just basic technic :3 but sub-36.....
Zunami_old
Maybe 2 minutes on 3x3 and i can do any size, i also can do regular pyraminx and regular megaminx

The last thing I remember doing with my Rubik's Cube was peeling all the stickers off and throwing it at the ground and watching it explode. Good times.

I tried, was too difficult.

Any tips?

Yeah just solving your cross on the bottom shaves off time pretty quickly.

But I really like my Zhanchi! I wish i could use a sticker-less in a real WCA event though x.x
