I can't really help with the timing..
You shouldn't use this live song..

[Normal]

ehm you should've mapped this in 1/4 snap divisor.

00:33:25 (1) - this spacing, the (1) is hitting (2) but not the previous slider. Make the spacing equal.
00:47:33 (4) - no big jumps in normal please.
00:55:34 (1,2,3,4) - make the spacing equal
01:00:09 (1) - place some more notes after this? Or make it a break ...
01:09:30 (1) - ^
01:27:26 (2) - This jumps doesn't match the song or the map itself ...
01:36:82 (2) - break after this?
02:02:63 (1) - no jumps please

This needs some work.. It was boring to play, try using more sliders or more interesting patterns.
Look how other ranked maps are made.

I probably should've made note that hard isn't quite completed yet. However, there are some large sections where the map is different.

I've added in most of the fixes you suggested for normal and some of the hard mode (since I'm still reworking hard).

The place that timing gets off is near the end (only on hard mode). The rest of the map sounds fine with my timing (went through it a dozen times with the metronome). Even though it is a live recording, that doesn't mean it'll have horrendous timing issues (as I've had more trouble trying to time Ben Folds' studio recordings than this).
