I download a lot of beatmaps through the listings with pictures and previews instead of their individual board topics, and while the topics get view counts, the listings don't show the number of times a beatmap has been downloaded. Could this possibly be implemented?

I'm pretty sure Xgor has what Behonkiss has in mind.
If you want it into beatmap listings, i got a suggestion where the download count could be!
I think that having one in the beatmap listings is not as necessary.

I would be interested in knowing how many people are downloading my submitted maps. I can sort of judge this very inaccurately by the number of favorites. It would be nice to know if people are interested in the song I'm mapping. It could give me an insight into whether I should make more of one type of artist or not when I plan out my long term mapping schedule.
