Can Osu support beatmap download feature like what has been implemented in Warcraft 3 custom map game which , the player without the beatmaps can directly download from hosts or other player who got the beatmaps

This is quite unlikely. Imagine the hosts internet upload being extremely slow, and the map size 10+ mb size, would be a disaster really.

Isn't this a question? I think you posted this on the wrong section. The answer however is a, no.

Purchase support and use osu!direct. It's even better.

Yeah, osu!direct does pretty much this. If you have a good internet connection though, it doesn't take that long to download the beatmaps from the browser.

These beatmaps are a lot bigger than your typical warcraft map.

I would imagine a torrent based download service work better with this. t/120027

most people wouldn't have the required bandwidth. meaning upload.
