Right now it's aiming. Reaction time more specifically (hardrock/doubletime).
"Clicking" (with the keyboard) is much harder for me, except while playing Flashlight.

My aim is terrible. Clicking is no problem at all.

Clicking and moving steadily. My aim with a mouse is usually pretty good, but sweeping it through long patterns can be very hit-and-miss. Of course, huge jumps kind of screw me up if they're sudden in a bad way.
Aiming by far.
Clicking. I think I have come to the conclusion that I could pretty much play any map decently if I could click fast enough :<

It's a lot easier to miss a note due to bad aim than to click in wrong rhythm, at least for me.

Clicking. I usually surprise myself with the jumps I can make, but similarly surprise myself with the inability to click certain patterns or stream at any reasonable speed.
