No Spinner Indicator? [resolved]

Less of a bug and more of me, just asking for help.

Before the UI change, the old spinners had circles approaching the center of the spinners, indicating how much time you have before they're done.
This appears to be gone, at least for me.
Is there a way to make that indication circle (or whatever you wanna call it) re-appear?

The outer circles gets more and more red as you are reaching the end of the spinner.

edit: yep!

that's probably what most of us will be looking at when we want to know when it ends.

I'm using the older one.
I can't keep my eye on the cursor with that one.
