Okay, I have come up with something. This should be good enough I think. I playtested this on a custom diff I made from your diff under OD10 and it was working alright. I just hope it's not bad because I had some errors when it came to timing and osu for a while (due to updates I guess), should be alright now I think.
Here are only red lines taken from my timing.osu, just try to fix the volume and sample sets, I was using lower volume for testing on the default sample set (I suggest that you create a new diff and put them there first, sorry for making more work for you this way but there is just too many of them to just write them down):
edit: I forgot a red line at 04:52:213 in this diff and up there ;_; Add a red line here with 68.5 bpm (why 68.5? Because the note at 04:55:715 (1) lands nicely on the downbeat which is sort of how it goes, except that it's just meh around here due to improvisations). Also don't forget to restart the downbeat at 04:55:715 and make these ending timing sections 4/4.
I apologize for providing it like this, but there is simply too many red lines. Now, let me give you some comments on certain timing points (luckily you had breaks where stuff was getting super weird).
04:46:108 - I would finish the song/map around here, because of the calm part that comes afterwards. That calm part is impossible to time correctly because there is no distinct (sudden) instrument/vocal playing, you have a lot of fade in, fade out and guitar chords playing fast so you can't really time this properly, so I didn't touch your timing here, since I doubt I could do much better, except that it should get it's downbeats tweaked properly (base bpm here is 68.5, or how you did it with 137). The only thing I am 100% sure here is that your final red line is not 120bpm, but 107, because that makes the spinner end correctly. Also, it's a rhythm game, and at this end there is no real rhythm at all, it's a watch-the-approach-circle game, which is kinda impossible on hidden (not a requirement, however a good thing to think of :p )
Also I would consider using OD7 here, just because timing is very funky, and if you prefer to keep the end, then definitely OD7, else it's too hard to get decent accuracy at the end due to somewhat dodgy timing.
As for the playtest let me suggest a few things in your highest diff (gonna use your timing here):
00:01:253 - 00:12:103 - In this part you use way too many doubles which makes the somewhat constant rhythm break. I am really not fond of using so many notes because I feel it doesn't fit and is just annoying. Also the new combo spacing changes are too drastic for comfortable play, I wouldn't use such sudden jumps at all. You don't have to think of something super clever either, it's the beginning of the song and starting it nice and easy is perfectly fine.
00:51:098 (7) - Sounds much better if you have it at 00:51:268. You have several spots in the map like this so it goes for that as well.
02:46:135 (8,9) - I just find that these two notes play awful and don't really enrich the song. I would remove both of them. Goes the same for 02:45:287 (4) as well actually. If you fear it sounds empty, instead of empty space consider using longer sliders, as the vocals hold.
03:15:381 - This unmapped spot is flow breaking and completely messes up the rhythm because the long stream starts on a blue tick. To be honest, if you want less notes, rather remove the previous and next note from this spot, and have a circle here, else just map the full drumline (which includes this spot as well).
04:12:195 (1,2,3,4,5) - This needs to change. The drumline is 1/3 here. Wrong ticks! :p
04:32:541 (5,6,7) - I hate the note 6 because it just interrupts the rhythm. Removing it and making a long slider between 5-7 would fit best in my opinion.
That's about it. I hope you don't mind me not rechecking this and having it rebubbled by someone else, because simply I just don't have time, I am already behind in everything I do. ;_;
Cool map otherwise.
In closing, I have updated my wishlist, which includes a metronome for the band supercell. They really need it.

I find the current iteration better flow-wise - it's aiming straight for the next combo.

If you listen to the way the musical phrase lilts between essentially the same two notes until the end with "dakara" trailing into the next phrase, that's how I chose to represent it.

It's there to emphasize the vocals. I do it later in the next chorus as well. I like using the soft finish, and the volume feels good to me. I like a loud part to give a strong emphasis to the phrase.

04:25:406 (4) - can you do a perfect stack at the ends? personally everytime i see that slider end showing for a bit, i find it a bit distracting for me during gameplay. I was trying.

ok well that is Only the objective errors and broken spacing issues within the map that i found. your overuse of 1/4 trip patterns in a song what has 0 of them though tis really not good and breaks the whole flow of the map. fix the unrankable issues first though

Please delete from 04:52:213 (1) onward. It doesn't have an established BPM so isn't mappable. It's entirely up to luck whether a player SSes this section. You can replace with a spinner if you like, in which case end the map at 05:02:946 (7) .
I found lots of other minor (but rankable) quirks. Hit me up for a complete mod if you like.

In face it has to be like that, check the distance between 00:16:861 (8,9) and 00:17:539 (9,1) you'll see.

it's in the middle of the lyric 'su' and 'ki', 'suki' is considered as a whole word. and for the objects becomes more frequently used, the HP recover is also much more than the 1/2 notes part. that's why I kept this combo till the lyrics end.

this is quite common used anti jump. Unlike some 1/1 ones, this is 2/1 on timing, and the approachcircle of 00:48:049 (2) just appears when player has finished the hit on 00:47:370 (1), that's quite easy to tell on sight reading part. for 00:49:405 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) part, they're something with even spacing and easy to play.
00:51:440 (1,2) - again with speed changes what are impossible to notice, without slider ticks these are completely unrankable
sliders in this shape with 1/2 length have been introduced before, and there is no slider right before it. and one more thing, as this is the first time I used it in this map, if you notice the jump on 00:51:271 (7,1), you'll see the distance between 00:51:271 (7,1) is the same with the distance between the starting and ending position of 00:51:440 (1).

as the speeding up part, this has been introduced in this map like since 00:44:657 (1) before. as the music part, this is lilke a repeat part and it's easy to tell what is coming next.

actually 04:55:715 (1) is exactlly the changing point of the lyric. so there will be a change on the spacing.

That is why I used OD7 after the current timing was given by cube(as nowadays OD7 can even be DT+HRed with 100% acc, you may also notice the OD setting on other diffs, Hard 7 and G.Hero 8). I also used a not even spacing between the notes to prevent players hitting notes without taking care of the approachcircle. although this is general a 177/178 bpm song, but in this part the time between each notes are quite long compared with the normal/solo part. If one try to make his hit by reading the approachcircle and with a relaxed feeling about how the vocal goes, it is absolutely easy and possible to get SS.
Again, a better metronome for supercell plz.
