Or you will wait for there being more songs first

I don't think no. of times played is a very good indicator. Of course earlier submissions gets more plays.
Let's use mylisted numbers instead.

Analyzing (quickly) the first 53 songs:
1. 倭建命 (3)
2~3. 抜かずの宝刀 / 奥州しだれ桜 (2)

Number of mylists isn't a good indicator,since there's only a few songs that actually have those.
It's hard to further rank the songs
