Offset: 7794 (63/100 tests) <---- still unsure, since the range of the offsets I get are over 20ms... might look back later, but here are so far my best results.

Another fantastic map, I love your mapping style, I only really have hit sound suggestions, remember these are just suggestions you can ignore them if you don't like them:
Easy:
01:02:550- 01:19:989 – You have this set to “normal” hit sounds, whereas on Normal difficulty you have it set to “soft”. I’m not sure if it is intentional, both sound fine though.
00:57:55 (1) – Remove the “clap” hit sounds and just have “finish”.
00:58:52 (2) –No hit sounds.
00:59:01 (3) – “Clap” only.
01:01:81 (8) – Remove the “clap” hit sound, and replace with “finish” for the whole slider.
01:14:13 (1) – Remove all hit sounds.
01:15:59 (4) – Remove all hit sounds.
Normal:
01:13:15 (5) – Extend this slider by one tick. [You actually do this on hard but with circles.]
Hard:
01:14:13 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) – Sounds better in “soft” hit sounds.
Try this set up with “soft” and see if you like it:

I'm not a fan of how every single circle and slider on the beginning part (Up to 00:15:111) has a whistle. That's not the case in Normal and it sounds better as a result, so why are the other two different?

00:50:720 (3): Overlapping sliders rarely look good. Try flipping it vertically so it looks more like this:
