This feature will just help the admins know why you reported someone on osu!. They way it works is when you click report next to someone's name, A why did you report text box should appear and you just write the reason why you reported them. This is a simple feature and you can include categories for instance hacking, foul language, inappropriate behaviour etc. This then can broaden the osu! system and can show you who to watch and keep an eye on. Sorry if this has already been implemented but i have not tried the report feature in the game itself, only the one on the website.
