I saw this in #modreqs and decided to give it a shot. One of my favorite songs!

General

Blue Easy
  1. Use tick 1. Set this in the Timing tab.
  2. AR+1 via Song Setup.
  3. Same comment with distance snapping and sliders.
Yellow Normal
  1. The same comment with distance snapping in Hard goes with this diff.
  2. I'd also like to link this guide to you, it helps with slider construction immensely. If not, just use the slider assistance tool by using three points in your slider!
  3. The break also doesn't match Hard (which you should match, but it's not required!)
Red Hard
  1. 00:07:861 (1,2,3,4,5) - Did you use distance snap for this? 1,2 is awfully close to each other while 3,4,5 is pretty spaced out. It's confusing to hit from first play. Try re-arranging with the snap on.
  2. 00:09:809 (6,7,8) - Instead of having these two sliders go towards each other, you could have 7 hit in parallel with 6, or alternatively, just have it away from 7 in general so it doesn't mask up 8. (it's also very cluttery and an eyesore to look at/play)
  3. 00:14:095 (3,4,5,6,7) - Don't keep these the same spacing as the previous combos, they're spaced out on the timeline, therefore they should be on the grid as well.
  4. 00:19:744 (6) - Perhaps place this on the left side of 5,7; instead of on the right. The hitburst from the slider masks this a little.
  5. You get what I mean by distance snap, right? Use it. It makes your maps 5x better, even if it's your first map! Let me know if you decide to follow this or not. Until then, I'll leave it like this.

Spacing distance can be more far.
00:11:368 (6,7) - You can try to move right , it will look more comfortably.

00:44:874 - (1,2) Slider are too straight , try to make them curved.

Since this is from brawl, maybe put "Super Smash Brothers Brawl Bros SSBB" in the tags?
The BG is not 4:3, so it looks stretched. Use This one or This one, or find another one that is 1024x768?
Hitsounds should stay consistent. I suggest a whistle on counts 2 and 4 owo

00:12:342 (4) - The way this note comes after the slider is awkward for players, and doesn't look good. Have it follow the natural flow of the slider (aka going to the right.)
00:14:874 (4) - Move this elsewhere so it doesn't overlap with (3)
00:17:991 (3,4,5) - Keep consistant distance spacing so this doesn't look so cramped
00:19:939 (8) - Move this so it's not overlapping (6). It's slightly hidden and plays awkwardly
00:29:485 (11) - NC (It's hard since the way you mapped this, it doesn't directly follow the lyrics, so the place where I would have NCed is during this slider.)
00:40:589 (4) - This sounds and looks better as a longer sliders without as many repeats
00:46:433 (1) - I'm never a fan of two spinners in a row. Maybe make it a long slider, and at the second "ah", put a repeat
00:51:692 (7) - Make this a regular ) curve.
00:53:251 (8) - Doesn't fit with the song
01:08:251 (6) - If you're going to have this slider, either stack it under (4)'s end (which I wouldn't reccoment personally, but it fits with the style of the previous section), or move 5 below (4)'s end so 6 can just flow in there.

Biggest issue I have with this is that this seems way too similar to Hard.

Easy:
Seems really easy and boring compared to normal. Which means make this slightly more interesting and tone down normal by a lot.
Also, just as a general thing, for most sliders with repeats, make them longer with less repeats
SV can afford to go up a bit.

  1. it is very recommended to use 4:3 resolution for the BG, current is 960 x 768 and moreover the quality isn't that good. Perhaps you can use this?
  2. Please use grid size: small (Press G) or don't use grid! lol I often use grid only for stacking
  3. Reference for slider and pattern
  4. If you want to make curved slider then please only use 3 anchor point it would gives more curved shape and neat slider (http://osu.ppy.sh/ss/645668)
  5. This song still haven't Kiai Time yet, please set it for every diff
[Red Hard]
  1. This is Hard, and the hardest diff. Don't be afraid to put some jumps here, overlap notes will make the flow feels so bad (exception for easy/normal diff lol)
  2. 00:10:199 - stack it correctly (move to x:268 y:112)
  3. 00:11:368 - Remove this NC, because you've already put that in 00:13:316
  4. 00:22:277 - ^ well I think you're following the vocal. but at least if you don't have any reason please keep 1 NC for 1 stanza

  6. 01:19:550 (9) - I think you can NC here
  7. 01:37:082 (1) - It would be nice if you can make another pattern than only leave it like this. IMO reverse slider works best for 1/4 but this song has slow BPM so 1/4 still not fit too much. How about a little stream? it would be more fun

  2. 00:22:472 (2,3) - I don't recommend to put these notes like this, you can make it into slider for a better flow. since (3) are placed in blue tick it would be a little hard I think

  4. 01:12:147 (1) - Removes NC
  5. 01:51:498 (6) - put Finish at the slider's tail

  1. 00:09:809 (3) - If it possible, please don't make reverse slider more than 2 in Easiest diff, I think most of amateurs will be confused
