Sorry dude, but wrong BPM = no star + suspended modding for me.
BPM = 71 flat. If you listen to the song at the latter part with the current 71.00 , it suddenly goes too fast.
Fix this and I'll continue modding.

Come on, do you have an idea how horrible it is when you have a break in front of you and just hear a "DINGELING!" or a "DUN DUN!" from nowhere? Seriously, get some empty sound files and skin sectionfail.wav/mp3 and sectionpass.wav/mp3
