Jump scare map?

I was just wondering if there has ever been a map that has a jump scare in it?
a jump scare is when something scary pops up on the screen with a loud noise (usealy a screaming noise)
I just think if anyone ever put a jump scare in a map it would be the funniest thing to see people play it and cr*p themselves when the jump scare happened
especially if the jump scare was like half way through an intense stream, or just after a spinner XD

btw, screamer links in-game will get you sileneced for a while. Just warning you.
You do of course know what you're clicking on in this thread, and beatmaps are never really going to scare or surprise you that much.

i remember i got freaked out while playing this map with the video and flashlight for the 1st time, because it shows some girl that lost her eyes. not really a jump scare, but it made me jump when i was playing with flashlight.
