How about this: try to make a slider at that specific time that lasts that long and includes the last tick, AND the end is snapped. I regret to say that I am unable to do so, but can you?

I don't get it all sliders are snapped (:'3)rz

EDIT: and last tick won't come except if the slider end at blue line ><
last slider tick that won't show are on 01:09:079 and 01:13:977 only Q_Q

I'm asked about the unsnapped slider in a very general way only.

About the questioned slider in the diff: the reason behind unsnapping them sounds reasonable and personally I'm fine with it. However that does not change that fact that the slider is unsnapped. Unless there are previous examples, it might need more discussion particularly in the ranking criteria board.
