Alright, let's see what I can find.

Do you think the Countdown is really neccessary? It would be not a big deal to remove it. But if you want to hold it, then it is also ok.
00:16:228 (8,9) - I would reverse them because the flow is really bad here. And I think a better flow is better to play then a Jump.
00:28:713 (3,4) - Same here as above.
00:49:277 (3,5,7) - The Whistles are quite strange and doesn't fit so much here.
00:52:242 (1) - NC seems pretty useless here, so remove it?
00:53:637 (1) - Here too.

First try

On another note, this map is awesome and nicely mapped! Netsukawa has changed her name for Fumika. You would need to change the same on the storyboard and also, add Fumika on the tags. Of course, keep "Netsukawa" on the tags since she has ranked maps with that name.

กำ ไม่ได้หมายความให้เปลี่ยนแบบน้านนนนนน เขาแค่ให้เปลี่ยนชื่อใน SBเป็นชื่อตอนนี้แล้วก็ใส่แท็กชื่อเก่ากับชื่อใหม่ลงไปก็เท่านั้นเอง xDD

  1. 00:11:026 (1,2,3,4) - I am going to go nazi with these objects. These objects are placed in a way that it's off from the center of the playground. I am suggesting you to make them centered by highlighting these objects; after highlighting them, try to move them that the two circles are perfectly placed at the middle. Also, with the slider (4), move it some grid at the left, it will give the same proportion has the previous slider.
    Example
  2. 00:17:789 (6) - Can you try to reform this slider a bit to make it more curved? It will look better if it's curved.
  3. 00:31:835 (9) - This slider's form is looking a bit weird since the end of the slider is almost touching the slider (6). I suggest you to make a blanket with it instead, it's going to look better and it won't be seen as the example I've gave you.
  4. 00:40:730 (1,2) - Actually, with these objects, the slider sounds a bit late from where it should be.. I highly suggest you to make a reverse of these objects by making CTRL+G. By going this, the slider will be placed to where the previous circle was and, it won't sound late.
  5. 00:43:695 (2) - This circle is not sounding well to where it is on the timeline and on the playground, it's completely making a jump. I suggest you to move the circle to 00:43:870 (so, it's going to sound better) and by moving it, it's giving it the chance to delete the jump. So, it's even more better!
  6. 01:19:176 (4) - This slider is looking very weird, like the form you've made with these red dots, looks like the slider was large and it should be less larger than that. For an example, you could try to move these red dots more closer so it's going to make the slider less larger;
    Example
  7. 01:22:433 (6) - You could make a nice flow here by simply reversing it, by doing Ctrl+G. The current flow with the next slider is just.. simple. So it will be more challenging if you make the change.
  8. 02:18:560 (1,2) - Make sure to align these circles
  9. 02:33:207 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,1) - *Comment*: MUSTAAAAAAAACH!~
  10. 06:36:506 (8) - That's completely nazi to say but like.. this slider is really close from the previous one, I suggest you to give it some spaces, for an example, move it one grid at the right.
  11. 06:52:036 (7,12) - Move both of these circles one grid at the right, because they're currently not following the spacing consistency of your previous objects.
  12. 10:26:676 (2,3,4,5) - I swear they could be looking better if they were perfectly consistent on the spacing o_o

Can you try to at least get 3 more mods? Call me back after that! :D

Fix most except NC (well my NC style is a bit complicate.
1.NC some Hard part that it made easier to play
2.NC every 8 beats
3.some thing special.(except 1-2)
well keep 1 is top piority then 2 3

  4. 00:40:730 (1,2) - Actually, with these objects, the slider sounds a bit late from where it should be.. I highly suggest you to make a reverse of these objects by making CTRL+G. By going this, the slider will be placed to where the previous circle was and, it won't sound late.
  5. 00:43:695 (2) - This circle is not sounding well to where it is on the timeline and on the playground, it's completely making a jump. I suggest you to move the circle to 00:43:870 (so, it's going to sound better) and by moving it, it's giving it the chance to delete the jump. So, it's even more better!
  6. 01:19:176 (4) - This slider is looking very weird, like the form you've made with these red dots, looks like the slider was large and it should be less larger than that. For an example, you could try to move these red dots more closer so it's going to make the slider less larger;

  7. 01:22:433 (6) - You could make a nice flow here by simply reversing it, by doing Ctrl+G. The current flow with the next slider is just.. simple. So it will be more challenging if you make the change.
  8. 02:18:560 (1,2) - Make sure to align these circles

  10. 06:36:506 (8) - That's completely nazi to say but like.. this slider is really close from the previous one, I suggest you to give it some spaces, for an example, move it one grid at the right.
  11. 06:52:036 (7,12) - Move both of these circles one grid at the right, because they're currently not following the spacing consistency of your previous objects.
  12. 10:26:676 (2,3,4,5) - I swear they could be looking better if they were perfectly consistent on the spacing o_o

Can you try to at least get 3 more mods? Call me back after that! :D

-> Hmm, why don't you applied a black fade-in effect on the beginning as well (to fit the song)? It can be done by changing the first few lines of the .osb into this:

The F,0,0,660062,0,0 will also significantly reduce SB load, by the way~

For t02a.jpg:

03:23:570 (8,9) - Stack (8) with 03:24:094 (2) - and move (9) to (8) previous location. It looks great and jumps it's more intuitive imo.
03:27:757 (4,5) - This sounds bad. Delete (5). Add repeat to (4) and add a note at 03:28:629 - that stacks with (4)
03:29:501 (1,2) - Stack (1) with 03:28:803 (6) - sliders' tail and stack (2) with 03:29:326 (7) - It creates a nice jump and it's fun when playing.
05:23:520 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9) - Give some shape to this stream? Looks boring that way.
08:15:242 (2,3,4) - Stack (2) with 08:13:478 (2) - slider's head and place (3) at x:224 y:272 and (4) in x:172 y:208. Improves flow imo.
09:50:706 (8) - Ctrl + G It certainly will feel better while playing.
