Make live mapping support ALL taiko keys

I'd like to see taiko live mapping support all taiko keys. Right now (for some reason) it only counts hits from the right Drum Centre & Rim, completely ignoring those from the left Centre and Rim.
In order to map harder taiko diffs, it would be much easier for us to be able to use both keys of each colour.

I can agree to this, and also add in something extra:
If you hit both sides simultaneously, you'll make a big note, orrrrr..
Use the left side for small notes, right side for big notes.

Hell no, live-mapping Oni diffs would be impossible like this. No way am I singletapping 200 BPM streams ;P
