make spinner background transperent (not black) [invalid]

subj or better allow this to control in *.ini for skins and maps. It's so hard to make a nice custom spinner for map (in non 4:3) skin with that black areas around spinner.

It does seem a bit silly as is. Supporting, either as a .ini option or something skinnable like spinner-background-widescreen.

add "SpinnerFadePlayfield: 0" to your skin.ini. This was implemented already a long time ago.

Oh wow, so it was. I'm not very knowledgeable about skins, I really should read up on those options...
