00:15:49 (2) - All of the single notes that have an inherited timing section on top of it, Can you make the timing section 1/4 behind the note instead?
00:25:80 (4) - C-can you move closer to 3 ;_;

Some suggestions that really doesn't matter for Sunset~
As you can see, you added soft whistles with a rhythm at 01:25:99 (1) to the end of the song.
What I was thinking was that maybe you could add some soft whistles at the ends of:
00:24:12 (2)
00:27:12 (1)
00:30:12 (1)
And so on (maybe throughout the song?)
It sounds good already so you don't have to do this ^.^

Oh yeah, maybe even set a preview point earlier than what it is now?

Changed most of the volume control lines.

00:25:80 (4) moved closer to 3.

As for the whistle suggestions those custom whistles at the end were only added because the music itself had that sound, so I won't be following those suggestions there 0.0

Preview point I personally think is fine.

01:00:496 - I don't think Normal hitsound switch is so good.. I think it would be better if you put Normal hitsounds on every other 1/1 note to match the beat. This part seems fine to me for Sunrise though.. o__o"
01:12:49 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - Haha, use used Alace sensei's pattern. :)
