Kiais are inconsistent. This is fine since mappers are different, but still I'd suggest to use same kiai in Hard as in Normal and Easy. It is a bit more varied and fits the song better.
Your mp3 is 128 kbps. That's rankable, but what about a better quality one? Here's the link if you want: http://rghost.ru/42277670
By the way, if you want to safely change the timing after changing mp3 (without catching unsnapped lines):
1. Find new timing, compare it to previous one. You will get, for example +9ms or −13ms, something like that (bpm isn't changing while changing mp3 into different quality one). Revert timing to previous settings.
2. Go to Timing Panel (F6), select all timing points (Ctrl+A). You'll see "Move selected offsets by" field in the top left corner.
3. Write your number in the field (e.g. 9, -13, etc.)
4. Press "Move". Voila!
Don't mind if you already knew that, I will just keep this guide here for future purposes.

Timing is 10ms late. I asked various persons and the opinions vary from 8ms-13ms late. I, for myself, got 10ms. Get someone else to confirm this, try it yourself. But current timing is definitely late.

"Stefan's Easy" is missing TitleUnicode and ArtistUnicode.

Are you sure you don't want to use a better MP3? grumd provided one, apparantly it got deleted already *sadface*

Also I agree that the Kiai time should be consistent in Hard with Normal and Easy. If you don't like the fountains, you should consider applying the kiais you got in Hard to Easy and Normal.

Nitpicking on the way. Most stuff only appears a bit messy to me, since you mapped too much with grid and didnt correct the snapping and relied too much on it, resulting in many patterns looking inconsistent.

00:13:100 (2,3,4) - inconsistent spacing. Please keep it up to 0,8
00:37:100 (2,3,4) - even if the inconsistency is very minor, it looks messy when you see the different gaps between the hitobjects. please fix this - for the beauty ;D

This diff appeared very untidy to me. The spacing varies a lot, which seems to result only in not paying enough attention to making it tidy. :C

00:23:329 (5,6) - patterns like this play totally awkward. They feel off when releasing and pressing the button again, especially because of the vocals. especially 00:24:217 (6) is wrongly snapped, since the vocals land on the blue tick, not on the white. TO ensure, that this is still playable as Normal diff, try this: http://puu.sh/1Noxx - you could also put two hitcircles on the red and blue tick, but I consider this as very difficult for Normal level. A slider works better here (even if it looks ugly with the tickrate)

01:26:656 (4,1,2) - the jump felt unexpected. Especially the sudden jump and then the stop-movement due to stack feels totally awkward. I'd suggest only jumping or only stacking, a mix of both, especially out of this sudden, feels really weird.

Still many uneven spacings, but only pointing out the real critical ones, since you notice them heavily when playing.
Please try to recheck everything again, especially in the 1/2 hitcircles in front of sliders, they have usually a weird spacing. Even if it's barely noticeable, I am sure some people will notice the uneven spacing.
