Your timing if really off. During test-play I was getting around 24ms off. After tinkering with the offset a little I found 582 gave me 1-2ms off! So change the offset to 582. Don't forget to resnap all notes and run AIBat to check for unsnapped notes. If you don't have AIBat download it here: t/55305 done , but changed into 580ms :>

Ok, I have a problem with this difficulty. IT'S THE SAME PATTERN THE WHOLE SONG. It's a 2 beat slider then a kick-back slider over and over. There are no single notes until the very end either.
