You see that menu on top of the osu! window whenever you are in edit mode? Yes, the one which says, "File", "Edit", etc. That thing cuts off the bottom of the screen when you're in borderless fullscreen.
Now you see how windows explorer (win 7) hides that menu? It's hidden by default. and if you press alt, it shows up.
I think this feature, when implemented in osu!, will be very useful for people who use borderless fullscreen while editing.
