This week's episode wasn't made that well IMO. They removed the "facing forwards" from Kurugaya's intro.

I've played the game and I like it but even after watching 3 episodes of the anime, I still can't get excited over this adaptation. I guess playing the game first is the reason why I'm neutral with this oh and the character design too

JC Staff did kinda compress the anime. 
Though, doing the VN is recommendable to enjoy it more.

The direction of this episode was much, much better than the prior ones. If they continue with the same quality as this episode then this just might not be a disappointment.

At first I was confused as to how they were going to pull off Kurugaya's route given how it ended, but now that they combined it with Refrain, I can see how.
So I'm guessing that Riki comes to like Kurugaya??? so they're essentially following the romance of Kurugaya's route.
