I think Le Chevalier D'Eon is more extreme, I tend to watch it at least once a month & I've known about it since the first episode aired which was several years ago.

I *think* I watched the first season of Jigoku Shoujo twice.
Seen the first 2 seasons of Shugo Chara! 2-3 times and rewatched Amagami SS and Amagami SS+ 3 times.
I'm planning on rewatching Fate/Zero too.
Oh and I've rewatched episodes from many animes but I don't think that counts here and even if it did I wouldn't be able to remember how many times lol.

Even if it's not an anime, Avatar: The Last Airbender is the answer for me. It's like I memorized all sentences, scenes, musics everything. Thanks to my friends' "please let's watch it together" thingie.
K-On!! watches it again and again for about 13 times i think and hayate no gotoku about 5 times. I just love music and romance comedy anime.

I've watched the first Hunter X Hunter series 3 or 4 times. The second prolly would be DBZ as I watched it from tv when I was little and then I watched DBK and now I'm rewatching the original anime on DVD.
I think Naruto, not shippuuden one. I saw once with my bro, and watched a bit of shippuuden, then after some years we watched again Naruto, for remember and continue watching the other. And then I watched it for 3rd time for show my bro's gf Naruto, and then watch it 3 together. ( We used to watch anime together ) Now I do alone ;_;
