When test/exam/quiz/exercise is unbelievably uninteresting, I doze off.
7 hours during the night and a comfortable 2 hour nap in the afternoon today.

That's the main reason why I don't sleep very much. (cuz yeah, the night is the only moment when I can really play videogames and I really need my 2 hours of gaming everyday, kind of addiction)

in the last roughly 24 hours, I had only a two hour nap. and before those 24 hours I only slept 5 hours after being awake for at least 16 hours.
