Ignore my old post (in the spoiler box)

I've mapped Angel Dream Inner Oni, added the lyrics and fixed the BG so it lines up correctly with a little SB magic~
Enjoy!

Download: Taiko no Tatsujin - Angel Dream.osz
If the 1.2x and 1.5x sections don't work properly, just change them to 1x and 2x, respectively (I haven't tested to check if they work on public, but they definitely work on test)

Angel Dream Inner Oni is going to be a little hard to map since it uses 1.25x 1.5x 2x 3x and 4x slider changes. Go support this topic so Inner Oni can be mapped properly. I'll still map it regardless but 1.25x will be substituted with 1x and 1.5x with 2x.

Anyways, I think Hard my be the hardest difficulty for Small Fragments, so it should be good to go. Unless someone tells me to make an Oni. Don't think it's needed, but hey!

I'm deciding what to do for note patterns on Oni. Easy through Hard are done. Rhythm down on Oni, just not the blues and finishes. Know where the finishes go, problem are the blues. Help, anyone?

It's on Nanadaime? I can record a video of Auto playing the song of any of the 4 difficulties if you want, arken. And yes I do remember that title being on Nanadaime, so just say what you need and I'll get to it.

Oh come on arken, we'll always be mapping M-notes here (or how Auto catches it, since some songs don't really stay at Master Notes like Koibumi).

EDIT: @arken: here's DE-O. It's one video with all 4 difficulties, and it's in Oni-Muzukashii-Futsuu-Kantan in arrangement. Futsuu was recorded with all master notes.

There was supposed to be a classical music edition for the DS but I don't know if it was just a rumor.

The entry on wikipedia using the title Cantabile, the person who wrote it that is, might have been referring to a minigame that was available in another game with Cantabile in the title, which was based off an anime... or something.

Yomigana is HARD. Especially the ones where you have to name the famous people of Japanese history...out of the names there I only knew one...

There was one Shiritori game where it forced you to start with letters like 'pu', 'pa' and so on- rare letters of the alphabet. Quite challenging, that one.

It would be better if I could actually hear the new songs before I consider mapping another :\ It's a pain to find for the taiko version of the songs anyway :|

And no one wants to record them either...

The only ones they record are the Namco Originals, the new game musics and the occasional new classic song.

Guys if you are interested I got LH to make a slightly more realistic health bar for the taiko mode, with the pass section brought up to a more suitable level.





He said they won't be added unless they can be separate sprites (what with osu! mode having a different pass level) so until then, I share these links.

Totally, I mean you could still have a whole new game as well as old maps on the machine. You could select which 'set' of maps you wanted, eg. 10, 11, 12, 12.5, 13... and so on as they will bring out a new machine for each. -_-

What would also be cool then is if it was possible to add your own notes for a map via software from NGBI on your pc. You would take the map with you on a special memory card to the arcade, and then you could play your custom notes on the arcade. Why not? They can always make it so you can't go over 999 or put this note there or whatever anyway. And if this really isn't enough, they could charge you more money for that function.

Man I should be working for NamcoBandai.

Good example:Drummania[It contains all of songs that exists on old vers :3]
Ahh... Why NBGI doesn't contain all of songs :( [Like Koi wa Mizuiro or ETC.]

And custom-notes...
ITG2 seems possible to put custom-notes[But it seems like hacking]

...okay I don't wanna hurt with words right now so I'm just going to say that you're very unobservant, crystalsuicune. Clearly you haven't missed enough in Taiko -- the bar goes down everytime you miss a note.
