You knew TWC was going to start in January before creating this post... Why do you want to run both tournament at the same time, this is nonsense u_u . Maybe you two (with Loctav) could have a talk and make an agreement in order to avoid overlap of the two tournament, it would be better I guess.

i only remember reading that registration is till new year and not that it starts...well anyway weez put me in time schedule team so nito is not alone lol
Well if I is being overlapped I need to be removed from staff because I cant handle being a streamer from OWC/TWC and a player from TWC as well as doing this at the same time lol

Infact I took time out of my studying for exams for OWC a week ago; it's just something that is unavoidable because of when these things are scheduled.

Bleh your rules also need to be revised a bit.
Referee's font need to "pop in and out" between matches - you can join the match via IRC. CtB world cup would run more efficiently if the matches ran like they do in OWC.
I can be a backup streamer with ztrot.

also read about this rule :
6-1. Team captains are free to make team changes up until the day of the tournament.
so I think a reason "I late to post my team because still finding a member" Is unacceptable

Participating in this tournament means that you have to be on your best behavior while it's running, this goes to all participants, staff members, and managers. Don't get silenced before your match because that's just stupid, annoying and you'll lose the match because of it.

Also as much as possible if there will be conflicts to your schedule and your team wouldn't make it in time for your matches, please advise Weez (or whoever the schedulers are) about it in a minimum of 4 DAYS before your match. And please get it to a date very suitable to avoid problems.
