Yay, I has a skin.
I basically changed the .rar format to .osz, you can open it with winrar or (not sure if this one works) try and put it in songs and let it decompile that way then move it to skins.

Tell me what you think.

The skin is pretty cool, there's only one thing that I thought could be improved upon. The difference between 300s and elite beats are negligible; it's difficult to tell them apart.

That's it. The transparency of the skin allows you to see underneath stacked notes, which is extra cool. I mean extra cool. Especially when you're playing Cross Time.

Actually, the score marker things might be a little large, but I think the transparency allows for that.

It doesn't matter whether you win or lose.
The only thing that matters is whether I win or lose in this game called life.

Hey! nice to see fellow skinners ;P
I know it's hard to comment about skins "art-wise", because the feel of yours is really spot on (except on the lifebar arrow, which looks kinda out of place).

comments go here:

Hit markers. The part with the numbers should have something in the background to help you see them better. Even maybe a simple white border around the numbers would help this ("stroke" layer style on photoshop makes it ultraeasy). This is because on stacked notes, or fast notes, it becomes confusing with all the alpha.
Also, 100s and 50s are WAY too black, there are barely any features on them

The other lil thing is hitcircles. They're ok but the dot on the center needs to go imho. It doesn't look right with the numbers above.
