Referees are the people who create the rooms for the matches and take a look at them. They'd apply any necessary rule depending on the situation of the match they're holding (e.g. if a member of a team hasn't appeared), and thus they'll take an appropriate decision according to that.

IMO there is no reason to call one of players a "back up player". In PL/CZ team we will swap places depending on the map opponents choose.

I suggest to sort the teams alphabetically referring to countries (for binational teams count the "dominating country" and if it's a 2-2 binational country then the country of the captain) ... then it's like in the OWC/TWC and a bit more clear/ordered, I'd say.
And then I suggest to link the profiles like in OWC/TWC o.o ...
