Situation:
I'd like to be able to play osumania songs in the "Edit" mode, since it allows me to practice the same part of the map over and over until I can finally get it.
Problem:
I've tried taking a random map I want to play, going into edit mode, and converting it to an osumania map with the song setup -> Advanced -> Allowed modes option, and then playing the map. However, when it converts, the resulting map is nothing like the actual osumania mode map, it's really dumbed down and becomes too easy with single key presses.
