You need to change the information in your skin.ini
For some reason it is the exact same skin.ini as MLGnom's Reimu skin (even title and author @_@)

The big snowflake is off. And I know it's the big one, I just happened to have a click that shouldn't be there according to the cursor.

Also, same as with IA skin(no, srsly fix dat skin.ini), the skin is seen as "Reimu Hakurei by MLgnom | IppE602"

Even with all that, it's still beautiful, good job.
