4-2. Binational teams are restricted. Meaingn they can only be formed if one country is too small AND little to no difference in timezone.

And if I am not wrong, if you make for example a Portugal-Spain team, you deny other spanish or portugal players to make a team by themselves, with or without being together? I have this doubt

This. Unless either Chile or Argentina completes a country team and whoever lacks players can provide one for the latter. Until then VelperK's team isn't allowed.

basically if a binational team is formed, that means 2 countries have a small number of active ctb players, thats the whole idea with binational teams. With your example, I am well aware that Portugal has a small community but Spain on the other hand are pretty damn active so they have the power of forming their own team.

Chile has plenty of good CTB players to conform a complete 4 people team by themselves afaik. If people start creating binational teams this way, it'd be impossible for many other players to participate.

They just have 3 people able to defeat Asians, so you should know more yet. I complete the lack of another player there so yeah.

And besides, Argentina completely lacks of CtB players with the capacity to outstand some people. I'm beign fair and objective here, you can go and check Argentina's ranking in what CtB respects and see it by yourself, if I didn't form a binational team in the first place I wouldn't be able to participate.

No one is going against Argentina. We all know that you are virtually the only active player there right now. People are just forgetting that if a binational team is formed, both those two countries cannot form a national team of their own.

Well, people from both Chile and Argentina should be happier to have a team able to outstand every CtB player instead of having 2 different teams with lesser chances when it comes to win this.

I mean, they wouln't go and ruin their country's big chances of winning because they want to form a team on their own.

I was not asking for fuck, we are not going to win, and I prefer someone who talk spanish to win, though I dont like 1 member, but anyways, I was asking because I was not sure IF, for example. As same example, I make a team 3 spanish 1 portugal guy, then other people from spain CANT make their own team? I was thinking on this

Also I agree with VelperK, it is sad that he doesnt have very good country mates, but if we do like that, it wont be a country world cup, just... a team cup, I am okay with that too, but well

Liechtenstein is technically a german speaking place but isnt in good terms with germany and uses swiss franc as currency, well thats what i heard in the news years ago :p

Well Speh, the main argument I used to make my team possible is that in TWC 2012 had been two German teams. German A and German B. It's just that in German A was an Austrian player (and in that tournament was btw an Austrian Taiko team as well) and if that's possible so why not with Liechtenstein?
I'm not sure anymore why that was possible but iirc we had in the past in OWC 2011 a Swiss player in the German team... so come on >:

Let me just remind you guys that this is a world cup. Yes, WORLD CUP. This be the very olympics of osu!, this was organized so that the CtB community wouldn't feel left alone since the other 2 game modes are having theirs.

But then again this is just the preparation stage, expect more changes coming in the rules, as its probably not final yet.

And you know as well tgat we are just not so many CtB players :/ ... I mean, we're always fighting for equality between the modes and when we then achieve a little "goal" we still need to take back an have to make compromises. I agree with Seph so let's wait until the rules got changed/adjusted (or wtv).

Maybe we should divide the world by zones like: Northern America, Central America, Chile, OTHERFUCKINGAMERICA, Spain, Germany, Benilux, Italy, Poland, Ex-USSR, etc, etc, etc..

5. Multiple National teams are allowed to be formed. One will be called Team X A and another will be B
