Your digits don't work since they named "default-0" etc etc; they must be named "score-0", "score-1" etc. Rename them
Where is your approachcircle? You must have it since you have custom htcircle and hitcircleoverlay
Your spinner-background must be 1023x692 instead of your 1024x768
Your scorebars it sum ~ 360kb... Imo, too much for scorebar. try to less quantity of scorebars

@Lennox' Diff: Could you kind of re-order the part with the spacing-increasing tripplets? Like to let them all point to the mid or forming a great circle, since just tripple-stacks don't play that great, but that's a subjective suggestion (would look way better though).

There seems to be inconsistent spacing in a lot of places, I suggest using the same spacing for a normal difficulty.

-You use more than 3 slider speeds which is unrankable
00:15:267 (1,2,3) - Stack these perfectly under each other

so you can add a inheriting section at 01:01:428and take away kiai and then add on kiai time at 01:01:517and remove it at 01:01:606 again.
01:01:517 add + 19ms on this inheriting section.

I see this beatmap's BG pic is from the eroge "Kiss to Maou to Darjeeling"... I say it fits the song perfectly. Since Chiyoko (loli in teh background) isn't too honest with herself in her route.
