[Web] osu! Webpage Changes

One of my odder ideas. I was thinking, make the osu! webpage change in appearance on specific dates, examples:
1. Holidays
2. Seasons
3. Birthday
4. osu! Special Events (if any)
...etc.
You're free to add/subtract from the list. I'm also thinking region-specific so for example, no Thanksgiving in China, Moon Festival instead.

osu! is global. Thus, I don't think holidays and seasons would work.

Birthday? Meh, who cares. =X

Special events? Sure. Get promotions for tournaments and such. Time will come for that.

But ... where would this go? (Special events probably in the news...)

This would be nice, but we'd need someone to create the new graphical elements for each holiday/event, which would take a lot of time. Starting from decorated osu logos and the characters standing on top of the page to all the other elements.

bump. This sounds nice. I could help on some designs btw. Peppy only needs to support at least changing background and that person standing up there so I guess it wouldn't be that hard. Although other changes might be considered for more impact, such as panel colors and text colors (color palettes per event), menu navigation sprites, social media buttons, and other cool stuff.
