ignore HD and FL effects when specting or watching replay [duplicate]

Many players want to watch none or DT only records, but most of them are left out from rank #40
so add new button to disable hidden and flashlight effects. it would help many players.

Mod filter is nice idea, but maybe we can't watch old records.
