NEED HELP. Dx

So today I downloaded Osu onto my computer. As soon as it was downloaded and ready to go, most of the beatmaps I downloaded couldn't be played.
It keeps saying that Osu doesn't have permission to load the song. Please force the Songs folder permissions under Options.
I did what it told me to do, and it still wouldn't play my beatmaps that I downloaded.

Can anyone help me out with this?

Have you tried running osu! as administrator?
