This is what I do to make a "nice" pattern:
First, after the spinner, Max volume (Or increasing it before the spinner, progressively).
And I definitely would have done the same thing as you: put a Clap at 02:59:274 and 03:00:755 (......uhm, after a while I figured Finish sounds better, doesn't it?); but from there I would have remapped the beats, in order I can set Claps every two White ticks, but if you miss one hitsound, notice the pattern it's absolutely lost...

(And the Finish sounds are pretty cool, you should set those on white ticks also, but every four ticks, replacing of course the claps on those ticks.)

Then,
I don't like final spinners. But knowing that this is a hard, you could make it crazy after those (but with the same distance spacing), so there would be no 'final' spinners really, and it would be an awesome ending.

Well, I didn't have a problem with the combo colors on white and black, but whatever, that's not important.

That's all I can think of.
See, this is all what I would have done. Nothing you actually HAVE to change, tough. Just suggestions ^^. If you like them, just use it.

Another thing: There shouldn't be so many white ticks (on Normal and Hard), without beats on it. You could find a way to follow lyrics and rhythm at the same time. (though there's no need to. But it would be a hell of a improve.)

Map design - Quite ok, not exactly breathtaking and super memorable to play, but it's ok. =D
And also I strongly dislike (just personal flavour) GREY combo colour, it makes multiplaying co-op a pain, if you know what I mean. Plus, white and Grey looks too similar in colour.
