While this map is well made and perfectly executed it somehow lacks "something". I guess you could spice it up a bit by following the vocals outside the refrain a bit more. Makes it much more interesting and more intuitive to play anyway.
00:23:630 (3) - move back by 1/2 and add a repeat to match lyrics? (could be stacked with previous circle) Hm, first, I don't really think it match with the vocal and also, it may kill the flow I've did here. So I will reject this one.
00:37:673 - add note for vocal follow? I haven't added a circle, but a slider. So it will be better, done.

00:46:807 (2) - there is a slight problem with some sliders during the refrain parts...the vocals are actually in 1/6. Therefore I was hitting those sliders a bit early and felt stupid *sadpanda* The vocals are the most dominant here and you seemed to follow it before. If you want you can start this slider on 00:46:716 - but keep the ending on 00:47:353 -.
Some examples that work the same way as described above (-1/6 start, +1/6 length): 00:48:989 (2) - 01:19:529 (2) - 01:21:710 (2) - 01:23:892 (2) - 01:28:254 (2) - 01:32:617 (2) - 01:34:799 (2) - Okay, this may be a problem for certain but, I tryed with your suggestion and it feels like it's starting too quickly. Also, if you heard my hitsounds, I've added finishes to the Big white line and the second red line (Like I said to Mercurial). So I will also reject this one since I really think the current once seems to fit the song way more better.
Some examples that don't work well with the momentary beatplacement 00:53:352 (2) - 00:57:714 (2) - 00:59:896 (2) - 01:26:073 (2) -
This is not the full list but you get the idea and I don't go for a complete list as most ppl tend to ignore 1/6 timing errors or just say "nah mapping the baseline here" or "1/4 sounds close enough". This is purely a suggestion as it makes mapping this properly much, much more complicated.

01:13:257 (4) - maybe add note @01:13:121 - and move (4) to the blue tick @01:13:393 - . Mapping 01:13:666 - would complete the vocal follow but is not necessary. Playtested some different setups here and the most natural for me was this: http://osu.ppy.sh/ss/461634 My star pattern... my star pattern! added a slider to make fit the vocal more.
01:54:977 (1) - add finish to ending? The silenced ending feels very weird It will make two finish in a row? It may be weird but it sounds good.
