You'll need to remove Insane, then submit. Re-add Insane again and submit again.
If you're lucky, it'll change to the thumbnail you want. If you're unlucky, it'll change to a different one from you current BGs.
This will take few days for it to change.
Not sure if a BAT can change that.
If they can, you need a thumbnail with the dimensions 160x120.

When I submitted a new map, it to the wrong BG (e.g the taiko BG)
I guess it does it randomly sometimes.

I feel very sorry for such a delay of receiving the modding in 9 days before and didn't reply in time. I was traveling in Taiwan in last two weeks.
I'm wondering if I still could have chance to re-deal with mod from Loctav by myself, or it's too late? I think his modding is a bit beyond my imagination.

- On [sewerty5's Insane], 00:44:109 (3,4,5) - The stacking here is slightly off, disable grid snap and move (5) to x:129 y:235.
